We have been proud to have Ebdaah as a client for the last 3 years. There was several requirements from our initial introduction with Ebdaah. The first task was to develop a brand that was nonexistent here in the UAE. We were allocated total responsibility in the full branding associated with Ebdaah, including the brands name, Enabling Opportunity which translates to Ebdaah. All online and offline marketing activities, website creation to include ecommerce functionalities, social media and a message hierarchy to support our brand messaging. We were required to build a base of affiliates that would provide Ebdaah with a strong foundation capable of delivering revenue growth.
Our challenge was to acquire the attention of people with disabilities in the UAE and beyond, and shift their perception, bringing them to realize the services and innovative thinking Ebdaah provides. From the outset, a visual-led design combined with offline PR was chosen and as the best way to express key messages.
We delivered a responsive site that provided the advanced features and highly intuitive user experience customers would expect from an industry innovator. Our PR activity ensured that Ebdaah’s share of voice in the local media positioned Ebdaah as the go to specialist on any subject matter dealing with Special needs, early child development, and teenage mental health and well being.
